Bob Johnston

Bob Johnston is an IT leader with over 25 years of experience building and scaling successful IT companies. With a long-term vision of making Critical Logic a trusted advisor to clients, Bob spearheaded the company's growth into a thriving consulting business and developed the IQM Studio automated test generation tool. Bob brings his technical background to Critical Logic through experience ranging from software architecture to executive entrepreneurship. He has spoken about improving business system quality at many conferences, consistently sharing his extensive experience and knowledge with other industry professionals.
Adam Richards
Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer
Adam Richards has been with Critical Logic for 25 years. He’s worked on complex integrated data systems as a developer, test analyst, QA manager, business analyst, requirements engineer, and project manager. He brings deep systems experience in a wide array of industries including finance, banking, accounting, manufacturing, airlines, entertainment, automotive, medical devices, retail, unions, state government, health care, transportation, Medicare, and defense, among others. He’s a trained Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and an Eagle Scout. Adam sets strategic direction for Critical Logic’s consulting services practice. His leadership at Critical Logic reflects our mission: to empower our customers to get the most out of their IT solutions.

With over 15 years of experience in quality assurance, Evan has successfully led diverse teams across various sectors, including startups, Fortune 5 companies, state governments, and federal Department of Defense contractors. His robust technical skills and comprehensive business acumen have enabled him to excel in various roles such as software quality assurance engineer, analyst, customer success manager, product owner, scrum master, and corporate executive.
Evan’s multifaceted background and extensive experience make him adept at building and leading high-performing teams in any environment. His unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction ensures that clients consistently achieve their strategic goals.
